1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between MRP Società Agricola Semplice (the “Seller”) and any purchaser placing an order through the website (the “Customer”).
2. Products
Products sold are extra virgin olive oils produced and packaged by MRP Società Agricola Semplice, Via XVIII Settembre 67, 63813 Monte Urano (FM), VAT IT02329260448.
3. Prices
Prices are quoted in euros, excluding VAT for professional customers. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; the applicable price will be that in effect at the time of order.
4. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering by bank transfer or credit card. In the event of non-payment, the order will be cancelled.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made within 48 working hours from payment confirmation. Shipping is free for orders over €100 excl. VAT.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of products to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing reasons. Products must be returned in their original condition.
