Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
Under EU Directive 2011/83, consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Send written notice to info@mrp-oyo.it within 14 days, stating: order number, products to return and bank details for refund.
Return conditions
Products must be returned within 14 days of the notice: original packaging intact and sealed, product unopened and unused.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to food products with a removed seal (Art. 16(d)(e) Directive 2011/83) or deteriorated/partially consumed products. Products with intact sealed packaging are eligible for return.
Return shipping costs
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or non-conforming.
Refund
Refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.
Defective products
Report defective products within 2 months to info@mrp-oyo.it. 2-year legal guarantee applies.
